About IEPC

Sajdah Ali, M.Ed is a highly skilled and veteran education consultant and doctoral candidate with a professional career in the areas of Special Education, Workforce Development and Educational Training spanning a total of 25+ years. Her expertise is in developing and initiating academic based systems and trainings for larger educational intuitions and companies that designed to support students with special needs and diverse learners. She has worked in various countries and corporates areas from across the the United States, Caribbean, Eastern African and UAE. She has pioneered foundational work in the area of special education such as establishing the first series of Special Education focused trainings state wide for teachers at the North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teachers (NCCAT) in 2014.

How we grew
over time

Between the years of 2005-2021, she’s worked directly with Heads of State, Prime Ministers, Presidents and county officials across the global to create and implements various programs focused on the advancements and educational equity of all diverse learners, students with disabilities, educational based staff, and instructional employees. Her passion today is working with companies, parents and guardians of student with special needs, and various educational institutions to educate and empower them on how to advocate, achieve success, and support for their child in the classroom and beyond.

2005-2024

2005

Collaborative work with Sister Cities International and North Carolina Central University to where Educational Program Development and Training was designed and provided to teachers and academic instructors who worked in Secondary Schools in Arusha, Tanzania East Africa.

2015

Facilitated and implemented curriculum based instruction for adults with learning differences in the Adult Basic Education program at Durham Technical Community College and other various higher ed. institutions.

2018

Provided staff training and professional development for special education teachers and paraprofessionals. Designed inclusive and differentiated programs for magnet students in Durham and other school districts within the state of North Carolina.

Contracted special education consulting services and professional development training for private schools within the southeastern regions of Virginia, Florida, etc.

2020-2022

2020

Established and coordinated education curriculum and program, and provided workforce development and training for the British Virgin Island Ministry of Education and several privately owned clinical-based businesses on the island. Intensive work also included implementing, coordinating and facilitating clinical based academic support services for children with diagnosed learning and cognitive disabilities. Hired and trained support staff on clinical protocols and service strategies. Provided academic support services to clients with learning and cognitive disabilities; collected and managed data on client progress/performance; conducted assessments and designed reports on clinical referrals for academic based therapy services for clients within the clinic.

Provided diversity, equity and inclusive consulting, assessment, and report debriefing to clients (educators, administrators) in academic based institutions and private industries nation-wide.
